just watched the opening segement .
1)Brady kept saying "do your job we wll be allright" throught the game. At one point he told the o line "be decisive , if we miss them we miss them". The in the 4th quarter , again "do your job, we need 2 scores , we are winning this thing" or something to that effect
2)Moss after the game running into the locker room, "mr kraft, that was a good one...i enjoyed that". then later "3 straight weeks 3 night games , we are tired man...hope we get some love ..but i doubt it ". Anyone who thinks he is loafing should think again...


somehow no soundbytes were shown during the last drive ..i guess a lot of censored stuff was going on but overall good to hear.

yeah..i didnt understand why he said down 2 scores because i dont remember us being down by 2 scores in the game ever but..whatever..maybe he was thinking 2 scores for the win...

The Pats are 2nd in the NFL in percentage of rushing plays that result in a first down.

The Pats are 3rd in the NFL in rushing TDs.

The Pats are 8th in the NFL in rushing attempts per game and rushing yards per game.

Maroney 4.3 ypc

I bet a lot of NFL teams would like to have such a "bad" running game and "disappointing" backs! Dowling probably thinks the Pats need more running game to make up for their substandard passing game!

When people talk crap about our running game, I think they are directing 99.9% of it towards Maroney. Your YPC table up there says it. Faulk and Morris have a better YPC than our feature back.

The Pats don't have a feature back. Their plan for the last two years has been to split carries among three running backs.

The Pats are second in the NFL in rushing first downs. Let that sink in. They aren't using the running game to break big plays (they have Brady to Moss for that). They are using the running game to move the chains.

There's nobody I'd rather have in there at the end of a tight game than Brady. It's like he feeds off the pressure.
