Having crappy QBs hold back other players does not mean good QBs are winning by themselves.

This team is being held back by the qb position. An average QB and they would be an average team.

Brady contributed excellent qb play to an otherwise good team.

That's like saying Andy Reid is the reason they've been to the AFCCG since 2018, won 2 Super Bowls and been to 3. He was doing a fine job prior to Mahomes arrival, but the Chiefs were never threat to anyone in the AFC going 1-4 in the playoffs.

Why is this so difficult for you to understand (probably more accurately difficult for you to admit)
Football is a team sport and the QB typically has the biggest role of any of the players.

If you actually analyze the games, the tape, the plays you will see very clear that poor QB play has held back this team.
