Look at all the money that hinges upon Mahomes. All those commercials and brand deals. Advertising deals. Merch. It needs to be maintained at all costs. The stakes nor incentives weren't nearly as high for most of Brady's career by contrast. Certainly not for those first 3 rings. And hell even the 4th against Seattle, they attempted to smear his character for the full 2 weeks prior. That's without mentioning the sports gambling industry nowadays too.
