Great game Mac ... Some mental mistakes and we lost . I think we should have kicked the field goal in the prior drive and now another 3 points and we win .
Eagles kept giving NE a chance and the Patriots kept refusing to take the game. On 2nd and 5 they were driving and got pushed back. On the last drive they had chances and couldn’t capitalize.
Being ‘almost there’ isn’t enough at this point.
Having said that, there was a lot to like, starting with the D. The OL was surprising as well, despite the sacks towards the end.
