you name the filed after a person and you name the stadium after whichever company pays for the rights

Yeah Tom Brady Field at Gillette (or whatever) Stadium would work too.

Stadiums have been named after people before (but always owners not a player). Lambeau Field for example. In Buffalo it was Ralph Wilson stadium for years.
