Still kinda hoping they take a swing at a guy like Haener late in the draft if he's available and see if he can beat out McSorley.

Mac is 6-3. Thats and OK height.

It's... possible, but probably not... there's likely a couple year gap between BOB leaving and McSorley's recruitment.

His PSU background may have helped though, I know James Franklin didn't overhaul things after BOB left so some of those PSU ties can still be useful. The fact that he does have that PSU background is a little bit interesting.

Huh. I'll have to check that out. He was a redshirt freshman in 2015 IIRC but BOB left in early 2014 before the 2014 season. Seems like there should be a gap but maybe not.

I love Mcsorely.
Saquan said he was good as any QB in the NFL and he has a cannon.

As a casual Penn State fan excited for this.

I live in PA myself so also casually follow PSU, always root for PSU draftees to succeed. Nice to have Gesicki and McSorley on the squad this year (and obviously BOB, big fan of him.)
