Effort definitely doesn't feel like it's been as good from him. I've heard people speculate he seems mad about playing left tackle at a right tackle's salary. That whole situation has obviously been a mess all year.
That and his weight have been the biggest issues with him in San Fran and with the Raiders. Outside of fixing the offensive coaching, they need to find 2 tackles this offseason, that’ll make the biggest difference in the offense. At the very least give competition to Brown to make him focus again.
Hamlin had my concern and compassion when his life was hanging in the balance, but the guy is sitting up and tweeting now. Call me insensitive, but I'm kinda over it.
