OT: Matt Ryan

There was more than one bad sack in both of those games, Pat15. Is it all Ryan's fault? No. Is it a coincidence he was the centerpiece of two of the top three meltdowns ever? At least Houston had an excuse because the refs gifted the Bills 14 points in that one.

Bro, if you're team is up 30-0 at halftime and you lose, the defense gets 95% of the blame. I'm not a Matt Ryan fan, but to put both collapses on him is nonsense.

Ya, all their fault, I'm sure of it.

Please find the post where I said it was all of their fault. I've been on record saying the OL is the #1 problem for the offense. Now is Matty P a major part of the problem? Yes, yes he is. Matty P + Matty Iceberg would be a lot worse than Mac Jones.

You have your opinion, and it's Pathetic.
Iceberg? Your Mom could do better than that.

First, you're taking this thread too literally. It's almost always a team effort but there's a reason why guys like Ryan always end up on the wrong side of these while guys like Brady, much to your disgust, always end up on the right side of them. Please don't point out the handful of times Brady has ended up on the wrong side or Ryan the right side. It was a generalization which holds true. The apologists continually blame everyone Aaron Rodgers but there's a reason he's fallen short again and again with teams who were supposed to win.

Look, I agree Ryan should have scored more than 6 points in the second half and that's on him. He certainly doesn't have a closer like mentality that other QBs do. But what's worse, your D giving up 38 second half points or your offense only scoring 6 points in the second half? And no Brady, doesn't end always on the right side of these things. Let's not derail this thread.

Brady has 17 tds this year, with 2 of the BEST WRS on the planet.
Folks here would die for Godwin or Evans, yet he has BOTH, And is doing crap.
Why? His OL is crap, just like here

Matty Ice aside. I was smiling yesterday despite taking Vikes -4.5. Another confirmation that Irsay is an idiot picking a high school coach to head the Geldings. Oh, and by the way, the QB that lead the other great comeback, Frank Reich Bills over Oilers, Irsay fired as their head coach.

Wow! What a great Saturday that was.

The Ratbirds lose while scoring only 3 points against that vaunted Browns' defense. On the bright side though they held the 230 Million Dollar Predator to 13 points.

The best was the Indiots game though. After going ahead 33-0 they allowed Minny to come all the way back and win 39-36 in OT, the largest comeback in THE HISTORY OF THE NYFL. The best play there was when their RB ran OOB with 2:30 left and an 8 point lead, rather than stay inbounds and force Minny to use their last TO or wait for the 2 minute warning.

I'm pretty sure when those teams and their fans wake up this morning their going to feel deflated.

I wouldn't mind seeing Reich get a shot here when Bill's gone.

Nah, it's all Matty's Doing, no such thing as others stupidity... can't be...

Just get a first down Reche,...

What looks even worse is that it was 36-7 with only a couple of minutes left in the 3rd quarter. Indy basically needed 1 score and couldn't get it. Ironically you could say the Vikes D won it for them by forcing so many Colts field goals. As for Ryan, he was part of a team loss. Personally always thought he was overrated - bit of a stat padder. Give me Lombardis over stats any day.

They didn't need a score, just 1st downs to milk the clock

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Good lord.

Big-time irony for Matt but it wasn't his fault. It certainly is misplaced to point fingers at the guy and laugh. Blame his coaches and teammates on defense.

Matt obviously doesn't have a defense, otherwise they don't score that many points
It's his fault they are Pathetic.
