Alright still would have preferred the George Pickens pick though I think he's going to be the better Pro.
I think the Lions will play Ten in Box Running won't be easy I would make Zappe beat me if I was the Lions HC.
I watch all of the games. I know what you're saying, the Tampa Bay vs Dallas game had a similar flow where it felt like a slog for both teams but then Tampa Bay is up 19-3 and Dallas never really got close on the scoreboard. Whatever the final numbers were for the Patriots offense in that Miami game, they had 9 possessions and only 2 were productive (with one ending in a turnover). Miami got conservative on offense too after the TD reception by Waddle. That Miami game was misleading. We lost the turnover battle 3-0. Turned the ball over in the end zone, had a sack/fumble return for a td, we had 271 yards compared to 307 for Miami, lost another fumble driving for a score, had 17 first downs compared to 18 for Miami....an even game all around....I'm not sure you watched it, but the scoreboard didn't do that game justice.
Well, honestly I considered that. However the Patriots should be able to pulverize Detroit with their running game, which should open up some play action passing for Zappe. Against Green Bay, Zappe pretty much only threw to a receiver if he was clearly open. Anything that would have been into tight coverage he threw into the ground or so far off target that no one was catching it (i.e. he was intent on not throwing a pick). If Zappe's play ruins this game for the Patriots then I think we'll probably be questioning the game plan. Our QBs suck...?

Need improvement in this area:
And poor execution....we need to improve this week....I think this is the week venecol!!! Are you ready for this to be the week? To get on that roll like last year? Let's go!!!!!!!!!Poor coaching.
Have we ever been given an official diagnosis on his injury? I mean, if he does have a High ankle sprain then would it be wise to have him on the field at all? Not sure I understand what's going on there...I want no part of Mac playing soon, we'll need him healthy later.
He has a High Ankle Sprain (torn ligaments iirc) and is D to D...
...while Jonnu has a low ankle sprain, and is W to W.
Something is backwards here.
LOL someone's super excited for some football! Gillette needs you in the stands. Believe me I'll take the 7 wins in a row if it's not followed up with a soul crushing 1-5 finish.Crawhammer/Dave:

The only thing that makes sense is they leaked a false diagnosis to Giardi & the rest of the media of a "severe" high ankle sprain & they ran with it. I've yet to hear any official announcement from a team source. Why they did this is anyones guess. I don't see any competitive advantage to doing this, so who knows their reasoning. Maybe BB is coming out with a magic "Ankle Water" elixir and will use Mac's speedy recovery as a boost to sales.Have we ever been given an official diagnosis on his injury? I was thinking Gilbert.Collins
For what it’s worth, I’m not sure how week to week jonnu really is… he returned to practice this week.I want no part of Mac playing soon, we'll need him healthy later.
