I think (almost) all of us would take the over if it were set at, say, 1.5. Similarly, we'd all take the under on 70.5.

So what would the number need to be before you'd have to really think about which side you'd take? For me, I'd say somewhere around 35.5.

I'd take the under if it's at 35 TDs. I have a feeling there will be a lot of 1-5 yard TD runs

I think he barely cracks 30 this year.

30 on an over under

can see him achieving 30-33 tds this year if players stay healthy...

137 TDs would be where i have some trouble picking the over. I have one word for everyone, Tom Freaking House.

Mac is going to throw TDs to Thornton all year long. Did you see his calves? Spitting image of Moss. It's on this season

25.5

Also I don’t care if he throws 30 TDs if it comes with 17 INTs. Conversely if he throws 23 TDs and 3 INTs that likely means the team won more games.

Let's just call it, Mac Jones throws 33 TDs in honor of Larry Legend. :excited:

But if I were a betting man I'd take the under on 33. ;)

26.5

Last season 27 would have put Mac in the top 10 in the league. I’m not going to go too high on this number for Mac because I think we have a good run game that can get in the end zone from close range. That includes Mac himself. Surprised he didn’t score any himself last season I think that will change this year.

31

I think he has a few standout games and averages roughly 1.5 in the rest.

Used to be able to
Not now though...have to leave at least one character in box

I think he will land around 25

29 TDs

Jones will turn 24 on the 5th of September. 24+5=29

He was given a ticket by the Lowell PD for driving 29 in a 20 mph zone. The LEO told him that if he was going 22 that he could have got away with a warning. This year is 2022.

Mac recently took his car into Firestone for a simple $29.99 tire rotation. He left with a bill for $2900 after they found 10 other things wrong.

10 BTW will be his INT total.

It's all been planned ahead of time.

32 is the magic number for me...

I can easily see 28-31....but 32+? Not sure...given that we have great RB's who can pound it in at the goal line...

He threw 22 last season and the offense barely changed this season. I think DeVante Parker will help for the 3-4 games before he goes to IR and Mac will improve a bit also so I'll say around 27.

So you're hypothesis is that 2nd year Mac will be barely better than first year mac?

Yes. I think Mac will play better and I think his interceptions will drop to 9 or possibly 8. There's also the x-factor of him feeling the pressure now that people are expecting a lot more from him so that could rattle him but I personally don't think this will affect him all that much as he comes across as having a good head on his shoulders. Is there something about the offense that has improved so much that you think the touchdown total will be significantly higher than that? Trust me I like Mac a lot and I would be delighted if I'm way off but I'm just being realistic.
