When Tom Brady retired on February 1, his next move already was coming into focus. Per multiple sources, Brady eventually would have been introduced as a minority owner of the Dolphins. The announcement would have been made as soon as the following week, which was the week that preceded the Super Bowl.

I don't mind if the mods move it, but it involves Brady going to a bitter AFCE rival...
No chance that's happening.

No chance that's happening.

What, moving the thread to the other forum or Brady going to the Dolphins? He's already flirted with the enemy, whether he joins them or not. We know this from the Flores lawsuit. That is unforgivable.

No he didn't. It might have been the Dolphins plan to go after him but that's irrelevant. There's nothing in the lawsuit that said Brady was in serious talks with them.

Whether the talks were serious or not, Brady was getting ready to meet with Flores on Stephen Ross' yacht. And you can continue to keep your head in the sand all you want, but the reality is Brady has been linked to the Dolphins.

This was probably floated to him as an option and he thought "Hmm, interesting, I'll think about it" and nothing ever happened, but now mediots like Florio and the rest of them will blow this out of proportion as if he was halfway through signing his name on the papers. Same with the dramatic claims of major friction between Brady/Arians.

The same way gossip & tabloid magazines were targeted towards female consumers, they're doing the same to the average sports fan with stories like these and many others.

This photo with Mark Davis doesn't mean Brady is getting ready to join the Raiders. That Dolphins talk is just hearsay but even if it wasn't so what if he wanted to meet over lunch or something. Doesn't mean anything.

He's not joining the Dolphins organization. No way.

From the Flores lawsuit:

"After the end of the 2019 season, Mr. Ross began to pressure Mr. Flores to recruit a prominent quarterback in violation of League tampering rules. Mr. Flores repeatedly refused to comply with these improper directives.
"Undeterred, in the winter of 2020, Mr. Ross invited Mr. Flores onto a yacht for lunch. Shortly after he arrived, Mr. Ross told Mr. Flores that the prominent quarterback was 'conveniently' arriving at the marina.
"Obviously, Mr. Ross had attempted to 'set up' a purportedly impromptu meeting between Mr. Flores and the prominent quarterback. Mr. Flores refused the meeting and left the yacht immediately. After the incident, Mr. Flores was treated with disdain and held out as someone who was noncompliant and difficult to work with."

From the Flores lawsuit:
"Mr Ross told Mr. Flores..."
"Attempted to set up..."

All hearsay. Brady isn't joining the dolphins. Not a chance.

Maybe not anymore, but Brady flirted with that opportunity,

I will put money on it that he is part of the Miami Dolphins organization next year

Only the biggest Brady-stans here are pretending he didn’t try to push his way out of Tampa and down to Miami before Arians “retired” and Tampa played hardball on trading him. The zealots have a hard time admitting Tom is human.

IF he doesn't sign an extension with Tampa, it might be telling...Miami has a lot of talent that may attract him to play QB for at least 1 year and then become part owner.

Florio still fuming over BA owning him and everyone laughing. Lol
