I don't think they'll make the mistake of playing like crap after a bye week again this year lol. They read the press clippings of how great they were and were brought down to earth. Now they'll stay humble.

Hey, giving the Colts a win puts them ahead of the Bills. If the Pats win next week, it most likely pushes the Bills entirely out of the playoffs.

edit: Actually if the Bengals win today I think that’ll push the Bills out of the 7 seed.

The threat of the Dolphins isn’t that they’ll win the division that’s laughable, the threat is that they have a playoff spot on the line in their week 18 game and have everything to play for.

It is possible that they can win the division, but the Pats would have to lose at least two of their last three as long as one of them is the Dolphins. And the Bills would have to lose two more too. It is highly unlikely to happen, but certainly possible.

But yes, they have a far better chance of making the playoffs as a wild card. The way things are going, a 9-8 team might make it into the last wild card spot.

But what are the odds the Pats would play like that again. And the Bills have no running game. Who is going to rush on the Pats like Taylor did yesterday. The Pats shut down the passing game yesterday.

And the Bills lost to the Colts 41-15. They didn't even make it a game against them. At least the Pats made it close in the fourth before the final TD.

you also have to take into account the road atmosphere though and how that affected things. Much much rather be playing at Gillette.
