It's easy, and only takes a few moments. You must have been talking about me in my 1st PV=nrT off the top of my head post here on Patsfans. But I was LONG past HS.Almost every High School Scientist applied the IGL the wrong way, i.e. forgetting to add 14.7psi to the measured pressure.
If this goes to trial discovery will be interesting.....
Agreed, although I would put it somewhat differently, "measured pressure" is gauge pressure compared to surrounding atmospheric pressure, while the pressure in the Ideal Gas Law equation is absolute pressure. It was a common error on this Board (along with not measuring temperature in K) and even Neil deGrasse Tyson of COSMOS fame briefly made the gauge pressure error via tweet before hastily retracting it, a great example of why science and tweeting are a bad idea togetherAlmost every High School Scientist applied the IGL the wrong way, i.e. forgetting to add 14.7psi to the measured pressure.
I remember, but you figured it out almost immediately, in contrast with so manyYou must have been talking about me in my 1st PV=nrT off the top of my head post here on Patsfans. But I was LONG past HS.
Gruden is no longer employed by the NFL. He was forced to resign, as the suit says. not sure that his is bound by whatever arbitration agreement that might have been in place. It'll never make it to discovery. NFL will back up the brinks trucks, one after another before then.
First, the NFL will argue that this should be settled in arbitration from the point of view that Gruden was technically an employee of the NFL.
That argument hasn't always been successful, though.
I thought he sued for $15 million. Peanuts in his world and in comparison to the damage done to Gruden's future earning capacity. Makes me think Gruden isn't after a big pay day. If I was as rich as him, I'd be more interested in revenge than $15 million.Praying for R. Stokoe Scheisskopf Goodell to be under oath with J. Kerr, Esq. cross examinating.
Unfortunatly that’s about as likely to happen as Detroit winning the Super Bowl but the thought still is a fun one. I suspect Gruden can be paid off fairly easily on this one. It’s a crapshow that is emblematic of this whole regime manning the 345 Park Avenue clown car.
He's lucky he didn't have an iPhone - all his texts would have been backed to up to icloud.
MAC10...the phone was a red herring introduced by Wells to throw off the INIITIAL PREPOSTEROUS "REPORT" BY MORT that 10 balls were "2 pounds under!!!!~"..the public bought that for a month and then it exploded when it was found out the whole assertion was an IDIOTIC attempt by NFL (Goodell) to smear Brady. You are wrong that Wells only had the texts from the ballboys. He had all the texts...PERIOD...and weeks BEFORE "the phone!!!!!" red herring was introduced into the whole sham. I'm going to tell you one more time...MIke Kensil QUITS as president of the New York Jets to work an out of sight position within NFL offices, runs on the field of play screaming "AHA!! GOTCHA!!!!" and then disappears to China for two years totally incommunicado. How the hell do you NOT see what happened here?
Don't bother, Timmy believes Brady told his ball boys to let the air out of the balls. He may be the only Pats fan that does but there you have it.
He never worked for the NFL. His contract is with the Raiders, that’s why he had to be fired by Mark Davis.Gruden is no longer employed by the NFL. He was forced to resign, as the suit says. not sure that his is bound by whatever arbitration agreement that might have been in place.
I think this is personal, and is more about Gruden going after Goodell... I highly doubt he will settle.

If Gruden is out for blood and can't be bought out, I honestly might fear for his health. I have no doubt that an honest investigation into NFL owners would reveal enough **** to cause enormous damage to the league. Too much money on the line. They won't allow it, one way or another.Gruden is no longer employed by the NFL. The same team who put a knee to Stevenson's head giving him a concussion and knocked Harris out of the game is complaining because Mac Jones grabbed his ankle
Well he has a point. Not saying what he said is right. But the NFL refuses to release any other emails that might tarnish their owners. But selectively leaked grudens. That's only possible if the NFL sanctioned it
