Good stuff.

A few years ago I read an article that at a minimum 12 years old should be age when kids start playing tackle football. It discussed brain development including the cerebrospinal fluid.

Anyway my son didn't start tackle football until he was almost 13. He played safety and didn't take any hits to the head.
