Honestly, I'm embarrassed for Shula. He made himself look like a petty, pathetic old man, desperate to cling to long-ago glories. His legacy would be a lot better served by public displays of magnanimity. (He could actually learn about that from his old QB Marino, who has always taken the high road when his records were threatened.)
