This butter thread had turned into ads for margarine.

You have one poster who keeps saying, if you think it's butter, but it's not, it's "you're wrong." Or, he opens the Parkay container and it says, "you're wrong" instead of "butter." But Tony saved it and came back with, I can't believe it's not boobs.

The further you retreat from the topic the more you show you know you are wrong and don’t have the character to admit it.

Hahaha. I can't believe I found this one.

Here's a paradox for the forum.

If Andy is always right,
And whomever argues with him is always wrong,
If an arguer says that Andy's right, is he wrong?

You have proven yourself wrong. Yet you don’t have the character to admit it. Instead you will act like a child.

The doctor was a woman, standing on melted ice, picking door #3 gave her a 1/3 chance, and you don’t bury survivors.

What was the forecasted temperature?

Suppose you're on a game show, and you're given the choice of three doors: Behind one door is a car; behind the others, goats. You pick a door, say No. 1, and the host, who knows what's behind the doors, opens another door, say No. 3, which has a goat. He then says to you, "Do you want to pick door No. 2?" Is it to your advantage to switch your choice?

Standard Assumptions (this comes from a game show in which the host repeats the same actions, below):
  1. The host always opens a door that was not picked by the contestant.
  2. The host always opens a door to reveal a goat and never the car.
  3. The host always offers the chance to switch between the originally chosen door and the remaining closed door.

Let's hear the answer...

Quite an ironic post from the guy holding his breath and stomping his feet after being proven wrong.

I clearly slaughtered your logic.

Woooooo

Wait, is this the Banker's algorithim? Goes something like...3 people get stranded on a deserted island. A Banker, an expert in automating businesses and a hot actress that does Cell Phone commercials. All they have to eat are a box of 10 Kit Kat Bars.

The Banker says, "Because of my expertise in Asset Management, I'll look after our resources." The other 2 agree.

So the Banker opens the box and gobbles down 9 of the 10 Kit Kat bars and hands the last one to the automation expert.

He then says, "I'd keep an eye on that hot actress, she's after your Kit Kat Bar."
