Another IOL off the market: Market clearly isn't as robust as thought.

Unexpected turn - maybe Thuney to NE not a single unrealistic as I once thought.

He could be, but Trent Brown is a pure LT. Why did they trade for him to have two starting LTs and no LG? I could see them moving Wynn to RT rather than LG. I just cannot see Brown going to RT.
Trent Brown isn't a "pure LT". He played RT almost exclusively for the Raiders.

Can we actually bring Thuney back at 12-13 mil?

4/60 with a bunch of guaranteed money probably gets it done. But is it the best use of cap room?

It would be nowhere close to 12-13 mill. There are way too money teams involved and this would immediately become a bidding war. He's likelier to earn 16 mill with teams like the Jets and Bengals involved compared to 12 mill.

He's gone

Boring, stop boring us with boredom

Damn. I'm sure the cap hit the first year or two is team friendly to boot. Team is basically intact from last year, bad news for the NFC. They weren't even firing on all cylinders until the playoffs.
What's amazing is Tampa started the offseason with about $13M over the cap and were soon at -$4M under. Now they've brought back the top 3 FAs (Barrett, Godwin, David) with contracts averaging $45M/yr. Like how TF did they do it?

Are you aware that Brown has only ever played LT the year he was here? Was all RT in SF, LV.

maybe I am wrong. I thought he played LT his entire career.

probably doing what they did with brady......two years of low cap hits, all backloaded into the final years

they have a 2 year projected window, and they are going for it
