Tom runs a gambling offense, in the second half he was throwing interception everywhere. Interestingly he hasn't completed 60% of his passes not once in the playoff. He has a lot of things to clean up on offense.
His receiver have dropped like 5 passes a game minimum in the playoffs! Didn’t help his comp %

Against Wsh the drop were the difference between a 55% and a 67.5 %

Yesterday without the drops 23/36 is 64% big difference.

If I'm not mistaken 2 of those 3 Ints were deflected off the receivers hands/helmet

2 were horrendous throws and one was unlucky it bounced off Evans' hands into a defender. That throw could have been better but was more unlucky to me. But the two horrendous throws were so bad that should have turned the game if GB took advantage of them.

People saying the bucs have no chance just watched the 2 games yesterday.

Bucs are not the Bills and are a more complete team than the chiefs. Their defense just shut down Drew Brees and Rodgers who had 50tds this year.

Chiefs will be without 2 of their starting tackles. They should get pressure on mahomes. Bucs will get their safety and Antonio brown back

Tom definitely has to and will clean that up going into the Superbowl! I know he's studying KC's defense as we speak!

One was bad but come on, any time you throw the ball 40+ yards downfield, especially into the opponents end, it's effectively a punt.

The one off Evans fingers was the more painful one since it took potential points off the board. I blame Brady there even though I understand he tried to throw over the LB undercutting the route. But that is a throw Brady makes 99 out of 100 times, and it took points off the board. That's why I think it was the worst of the 3 of them. The other 2 didn't bother me much because they didn't really set up Green Bay, and they were chucked downfield.

is it confirmed that Schwartz is out for the year? i’ve been hearing every week that he’s getting closer but then he keeps missing the games

He looks out based on twitter. Not sure though.

This current Bucs teams reminds me a lot of those smash mouth physical Ravens teams! We all know the threats the Chiefs offense pose. However on the defensive side of the ball they don't scare me! If Brady & Leftwich comes up with a masterful game plan they can really do damage on KC's defense! I wonder what Todd Bowles is going to cook up against another great offense!

The first pick was horrendous. I don't know what he was looking at or if the ball just got away from him. If the safety didn't make the play the corner very well could have. The Evans one wasn't a great throw but Evans can't bat the ball in the air like that. The third one looked like an early punt. It wasn't Brady's best game but he made some ridiculous throws as well that got them a big lead.

At least Arians was consistent, they went for the kill shot and it almost blew into their faces.

I agree with you the second took points of the board, just a tad high with the throw over the LB. I think it was due to the fact that with the pick the drive before he didn’t want to throw another one. He doesn’t throw a pick the drive before and he doesn’t miss this throw. The last pick was a fail blitz pickup by fournette and Brady had the cornerback right in his face. Same pick as Goff in the SB in 18.

First interception: All on Brady, terrible play. Second and 10 near midfield and a lob into double coverage after failing to look off safety. You can’t blame coaching for that...it’s Brady’s responsibility to make a read.

Second interception: Mostly on Brady, bad pass. The right read, and it could have been so brutal because that pass was going to be the dagger, and he overthrew Evans. Some have said Evans mis-timed his jump, but it didn’t look that way to me. I say “mostly on Brady” because there’s an element of bad luck as well when a ball gets tipped and INT’d like that; it wasn’t a high-risk pass.

Third interception: Hard to tell. Undoubtedly Fournette deserves the lion’s share of the blame for whiffing on the block. Brady recognized a favorable one-on-one for Evans. It’s unclear if he underthrew it because of the pressure or if Evans was supposed to turn around. Maybe it was a combination, that the play called for a deeper pass but Evans should have reacted sooner.

None of these INTs are on the coaches, besides that Fournette (and Jones) are horrific in the passing game.

It was a bad throw, you have to throw it outside. I think he was trying to throw one and let mike Evans get it. You saw in the replay that he try to hold the safety with his eyes but to the safety’s credit, he never bit.

Brady was amazing until the first pick. Just the play before Evans let a beautiful throw go right through his hands

The pressure clearly affected the throw. Brady had to throw it on his back foot and couldn’t get all the mustard on it.

That's Arians offense high risk and high reward. Looks great when it works (scotty miller touchdown) bad when it doesn't (3 picks)

Personally in 3rd and short I would rather brady take the gimme play and move the chains than go for a killshot. Or take the sack.

Against QBs like Mahomes or Rodgers I'd much rather have long drives that end in TDs than get a quick score and put your defense back out there

I don’t think it will at any point be officially confirmed, but he is IR’d and someone in the Chiefs organization said they don’t expect him back for the playoffs. Back injuries suck...I think it’s highly unlikely he plays.

Congrats Brady

Arians isn’t to blame for those interceptions. Not in any way, shape, or form. Brady had just gone something like 400 road passes without an INT. It’s the same offense.

I also don’t like the tendency of 3rd and 2 being a deeper pass, but it has worked quite a bit as well; people tend to only focus on the negative outcomes. The fact is, it’s on those 3rd and short plays where their best playmakers get their most favorable matchups of the game. They’re often willing to go for it on 4th down if they come up short, which I have always thought is a good risk:reward play.

Against Rodgers or Mahomes, I’d like to score as many points as possible. A Tom Brady offense shouldn’t be playing for ball control to limit total possessions and should be doing whatever leads to scoring points.

Anyone catch Shank's cringe inducing article this morning? He's had that baby ready to go since September.
