Arians is a clown. Basically Rex Ryan. He was fine as a coordinator but he is totally in over his head as a HC.

Have you watched most of the coaches in the league? You can count the good coaches on one hand. That is why I say he is average to above average. Why do you think every year there is like 20% turnover in coaching?
