Interesting...

I’m not sure what to make of that at all. Can’t say it’s his shoulder because it takes more arm strength to drive the ball to that boundary.

The Pats' TE group is the worst in the league statistically. Least amount of receptions. Least amount of yards. Least amount of TD's.

That is not the argument you made. You were talking about rookie TEs being lightyears ahead. Stop moving the goalposts.

Yesterday was the First time I turned a pats game off in over 30 years. I even cancelled the recording and deleted it. So many things wrong. They didn’t even look competitive.

It's the morning after and I've accepted what happened and I'm ready for sunday. If they beat the Bills I think there is still a chance for something good to happen this season. I had modified expectations going into this season (playoffs was the goal) and I'm still looking at everything with a positive outlook. 2020 has been a complete ****show so dwelling on anything negative just isn't worth it for me mentally.

There has been ridiculous success for decades, the likes have never / will never be seen. The level of finger pointing is baffling.

It isn’t realistic for the good times to roll indefinitely. A rebuild has finally arrived. Excellent retooling over 20 years has kept this team on top. And now, it’s time to start over.

Yes, Brady is gone. Yes, losing an excellent QB hurts on the field. But the 43 year old Brady wasn’t winning the SB in NE this year. And, most likely, he won’t be winning one in TB either.

Whose winning the nfc Nostradamus? I don’t see many options. I think Seattle is a little overrated despite being 5-1. I think it’s tampa or seattle representing the nfc.

Belichick looks awfully calm. I really believe Stid is worse than Cam and Belichick sticking by Newton imo confirms it. Heck, Hoyer beat Stid out. My prediction is based on observation is that Cam's finishing the season as QB and if he's able to play decently, will extend him for a season while grooming a new QB via draft.

There’s no franchise QB in the roster. Don’t know how they will get one in the off-season or through the draft.

Dak will be available and he won’t be demanding nearly as much money as he was before the injury.

Is there a plan? It doesn’t seem like there is one.

They let the starting QB go didn’t have a replacement.

The WR and TE groups have been horrible for years.

They never replaced Collins, Van Noy and Hightower.

The DL needs help.

Understand there was no OTAs or preseason but the draft is looking blah with the exception of Duggar.

I dunno if I'm Nostradamus.

Here are teams I feel are more likely to win the SB than Tampa.
PITT
TENN
KC
BAL

SEA
LAR
GB
NO

Not yet Halloween. Chicago, Arizona...

In a couple of weeks tampa will beat new orleans. They beat Green Bay. Disagree with all those teams you picked in the nfc. On paper tampa bay has the best offense. If their secondary can get some stops forget about it.

Brady wasn’t winning anything here this year but at least he still would have looked like he belongs in the league. Can’t say that about the two stiffs we saw yesterday play QB for us. It’s like living and dying with each throw.
I didnt enjoy either, but yes i think Cam's worse. He is in a funk and unsure of his self right now. He mentioned that in his post game interview. And honestly unless Cam figures this out we as fans are in for a world of hurt the rest of the way because there is no other answer. It sure as hell ain't Stidham and i would drive to Gillette, duck tap and kidnap Kraft(joking) if they EVER decided to put Hoyer back in for any reason. I dont even want Hoyer back in just to take a knee to end the game.

- There is no true "Front 7". The Patriots rarely have 7 DL/LBs out there. they play more 5/6DBs than anyone with Phillips seeing a bunch of time covering TE/RBs.
- Bentley shouldn't be the LONE LB out there and yet, they are relying on him to be a MLB. Something that he's never been. And his athletic deficiencies are glaring because he's trying to do more than HIS job.
- The D-line was clearly wasn't the same. I'm not sure that Beau Allen saw a snap. I'm not sure how many snaps Butler or Cowart actually saw. The team seemed to be relying on Bower and Thurman quite a bit.
- Jennings is another guy who shouldn't be on the field in a set calling for just 2 LBs.

- Not sure why the Defense went from the 1 play with a 5 man rush where Guy was able to break in and sack Garappolo, but the very next play , they went to a 3 man rush with zone behind and Garappolo torched them for it. Seemed like bad play calling by whomever called in the plays.

- To my knowledge, Uche and Williams didn't see a single defensive snap. That is depressing considering that Uche was dressed and that Williams played extremely well during the 1st 2 games of the season when he was called upon to cover TEs/LBs.
The snap count for a lot of guys is mind numbing. Don’t understand the reason behind some of these decisions.

I would say Tampa, Seattle, or NO in the NFC. If I had to pick, I'd say Tampa from that conference. In the AFC, it's KC, Balt, Pitt, or Tenn. Really, I think Brady would fare best against Tenn and Ryan Tannehill. I think Baltimore or Pitt's defense is truly top notch and would be the worst match up for the Bucs. KC has proven to be vulnerable at times on defense, but here, I see KC winning. Too much fire power.

Brady has yet to face a team with a really strong pass rush, so I'm curious to see how their offensive line would fare against Baltimore or Pitt's d-line, which is among the best in the league. I've watched all the Bucs games so far and Brady has all day to throw against most of these teams with the exception of NO or Chicago. Their o-line is their weak link on offense. If Brady has time, he'll pick you apart with their plethora of weapons.
