We are on to Kansas City

They just beat the Chargers in OT last week and easily could have lost that game. Odds of them going 16-0 is probably about 100:1. But keep arguing about how the factors are on your side.

I'm not saying it's not hard. But Im seeing plenty of reasons to think it's more doable this time than any other team besides 07 Pats in a long time.

Kraft holds the 19 - 0 trademark.

If the season comes down to that KC is bound to face a HOF QB in the SB this time.

You mean Brady? I'm not there yet with the Bucs.

KC will come out passing to force NE away from the Pats run offense. Jump out to a 2 score lead.

Some NE WRs and TEs and RBs need to step up their receiving.

They were toying with the Ravens last night. Could have easily put up more than 40 on them.

Pats bring anything less than their A game and it will be a bigger beat down than last night was.

Yes, professional sports teams often times purposely leave points off the board. Chiefs always match up well against Baltimore, they are 3-0 since Mahommes got there and made them look silly each time. The Chargers were one poor throw away from cleaning their clock. They aren't some unbeatable team.

Hopefully its a better game than the ‘14 Pats @ chiefs game

If we somehow beat the Chiefs, I’ll be all in. Christ they looked dominant.

Kansas City would mop the floor with the Bucs...their secondary would have no answer to Tyreek Hill, Sammy Watkins, or Kelce. Frankly, I would hate to see Brady lose a 4th super bowl...

On the NFC side, Seattle or Green Bay would have the best shot but their defenses aren't great. There is no well-rounded team in this league that is good on both sides of the ball other than KC.

This Chiefs team looks like they may be better than last year's super bowl team. Edwards-Elaire is a solid addition to that offense and Mahomes is playing as well as ever. I wouldn't ever count us out but this will be a tough test. If we pull this one off I will officially be all in for ring 7 this year.

Gotta make every possession count. Points on every single time we have the ball is going to go a long way in determining the outcome of this game.

Pats gonna dare them to run the ball with a lot of DBs and make them methodically drive the field.

I like our chances tbh.

I'm not going to judge the chiefs to hard for nearly losing to the chargers. They have the 4 man pass rush ability that can give any passing offense fits, much like the pats sb that shall not be named. I don't know if anyone else on their schedule or has that ability. We need Wino and Wise to build off last week.

When offenses are toying with defenses like that that's trouble for the rest of the league

Psychology over a long season is a factor. If it is so easy, the effort put into preparation naturally declines. Weather. Injuries. COVID. Their defense for that one game Mahomes isn't Mahomes or he's hobbled. I'm in the camp that the undefeated season goal actually works against teams into the playoffs as well.

Pats might put a lid on Mahomes for a quarter or first half, but after that, forget it. Only way the pats win is with a +3 or better turnover margin

This sounds right. The handful of KC Mahomes games I've seen, the offense just gets better and better as the game wears on. If the Pats go into halftime with a 20-3 lead, I still wouldn't bet on a win. Hoping they pull it off though.

This team has surprised me 3 games in a row. Changing like a chameleon week to week. I like their chances a lot more than I did when the schedule was announced. Came 1 yard away from beating Seattle. So why not?
Actually we came within one chip shot FG of beating them......Miss Folk gets the earlier one all they needed was a FG at the end to win it......

meh, even if they don’t win I’m gonna judge on the entire game overall. It’s only September so if they put up a hell of a game and lose I’m going to be very optimistic of their chances the rest of the way. With the roster turn around with no tc to implement to offense and new qb, its what you’d call very successful thus far.

Kickers gonna make some and miss some. Not going to get overly excited about it. Doesn’t seem to bother Bill so.....

All on the defense. No way we can match blows. Stout D and a very good run game... maybe we have a chance.

only 3 players have recorded 10-plus tackles, 5-plus quarterback hits and at least 1 forced fumble this season: Aaron Donald, Chris Jones and Winovich.

We would have won last year if it wasn't for ghost and the refs, so to be honest i think we can beat them--we've beaten Mahomes twice already, we can do it again.
