I'm heading for some self medication and tube viewing with the wife, so Ill leave this response as my final on the topic as I have largely said what I wanted to say on it.

1. I guess I was saying the same thing, just a different way.
2. He doesn't owe anyone anything. But this is now a story for better or worse, and articulating yourself can go along way to getting past it.
3. At a 50K foot view, probably nothing. But the devil, as always, is in the details. Fighting Injustice sounds good. Whose injustice though? Standing up to tyranny sounds cool? But what do they consider tyranny? The "intent of our government, as defined" OK do they get to define "as defined"?
4. Maybe it was just the way I was raised, but my parents always taught me you are the company you keep. Being a member of group is a choice. If that group keeps questionable friends, then yourself are keeping questionable friends through your membership. I don't know which RB you are referring to.
5. I am and do. But groups who don't self police are in a sense condoning the action of the individual as acceptable when it isn't.
6. I look up to Ali for starters.
7. We all know a couple of things about him don't we? "Willfully speculating" or "an educated guess"? I'm going to "speculate" that a person maybe best described as an "Originalist" (I don't know of a better term for what the 3%ers are, Socially Center Right Libertarians?) and someone who sits firmly left of center don't share a ton of opinions. Let me be clear, there is nothing wrong with that, nor am I saying I wouldn't love to discuss things with him over a Whiskey.
8. This was more a reply to the general theme that anyone discussing this topic who doesn't sit somewhere on the right must be triggered by it.
9. see #4
10. You and I have faaaaaaaaaaaar too much history on the PoFo about topics delving into this theme to take that on any further ia. We are never going to see eye to eye on that topic and further no one here on this main board wants to see us try to discuss it again. We can leave that there.
Great post. By the way it was Blount who punched the guy. An opponent pushed him and was talking smack and Blount decked him.

So this is still a thing?

You kids really need to get out more...oh wait...

Yes they are. You'd fit right in. :)

They openly publish their ideals and values on their site. I was not able to find anything even the slightest bit controversial. Feel free to reply with something if you find it, or you can just go with the idiotic lynch mob flow. I know there's a lot of comfort in that.

.

1. I hope the Patriots don’t cut him/dont not sign him because of his tattoo or beliefs.
.

I strongly disagree with the inference that a player can have and demonstrate any beliefs whatsoever, and not be subject to sanction by the team or by the league. There are clearly views that are unacceptable in the NFL and on certain teams in the NFL.

Whether the 3% percenters very radical positions are acceptable is NOT relevant to the current situation. In tee current situation, the player has apologized for his teenage actions and will remove the offending tattoo.

You asked a question, I answered. Yes, the group is scummy. You know them by their actions.

No, 3%ers are not scum.

You want scum. ANTIFA are nothing but little scumbags who the same folks here whining about the Pats new kicker would never call out because ANTIFA does their dirty work. Boston has their East coast strain and anyone familiar with the Pacific Northwest knows its Mecca for these Losers and how they block traffic, physically assault people and destroy property.

He wants to keep his job. You have made no case as to why they shouldn't be defended. Nobody in this entire thread has.

So is anyone going to take my bet that the majority of 3% are bigots?

Did someone recommend removing him from the team? On this board, that is

A very reasonable post, which is unusual on this thread. However, if we're looking for racists in sport Ali is right up there.

I watched the clip of him with Steve Burton and he seems sincere. His teammates at Marshall haven't said anything negative about him. Kid deserves a chance, put the pitchforks down.

honestly the only one with a pitchfork is the dude who keeps calling other players bigots because a few of us here said the 3% tattoo is a bad look since it s a white supremacy support group.

Many of them are bigots.....they don’t escape it either .... it’s good that you acknowledge 3% bigotry, however....I feel as though we have made progre.... woops, I know how much you all hate progress...my bad

Good for you for finally calling out your racist, fascist and far Left radical hate group brethren ANTIFA.

Tomorrow, steps towards tolerance of non progressives.
