I thought you had to go into town hall to pull those records. This supports what I have heard, that he did not in fact buy this property, but had purchased a house in Byram shore earlier in the fall.

There was actually another NFL player that owned and sold property on Lower Cross in December, wonder if that is where wires got crossed on 19 Lower Cross

Delaware is where you go for ultimate privacy in a transaction. Byram Shore is a nice area, but it is on west side of town, a bit off the beaten path compared to Old Greenwich, Mead Point, Riverside shore areas that attract most of the "new money". Perfect place for a celebrity....
