Grains of salt and all that:

"There have been increasing NFL rumors that perhaps Belichick is not as wedded to Foxborough as many of us, certainly me, thought. Is Belichick setting up a final test on whether he has complete control of the football operations? I think Belichick would be OK with Brady being back, but not at the expense of the rest of the team. There are four openings out there and they won’t last forever. If Belichick is contemplating a move, it would have to come soon. There’s no solid intel, but some rumblings I hadn’t heard before. So I don’t rule anything out. For the record, my money is still on Bill and Tom being back together again for Year 21."

The Giants job.

I won't dismiss Bedard's musings completely. If BB feels like Kraft and he are on different pages about Brady and Kraft pulls the owner card to get Brady to stay, I could see BB not being too happy about that. Enough for him to exit and start somewhere else? Probably not but he might entertain the idea just to have some leverage.

@Kenneth Sims has be on this for a while. Deserves a lot of credit if he’s right

Did not even take 12 hours for the vultures to come out...

BB is my fav NFLer ever. I think he’ll be back, but he’s been to do weird stuff (resigning last minute, going for it on FOURTH and 2...)

hoping he’s gonna stick to it. Says he still loves it every time he has a chance.

Sounds like total BS but as a matter of fact Kraft has been interfering too much in football operations recently. This is the way you become the Redskins, Cowboys or Jete.

Maybe it's just me but I'd tend to go "for it on 3rd and 2"

He won't leave his son, Steve.

How has Kraft been interfering too much in football operations recently?

I would be shocked. if BB and TB aren't back next season. Stranger things have happened and I guess anything is possible, but I guess this girl doesn't want to see the dynasty end like it did last night.

Always ends badly, because if it wasn’t bad, it wouldn’t end.

Having said that : BB is the one I want back more than anyone else.

His Jets resignation makes total sense in the real context. Rich Cimini always leaves the most obvious parts out for his pro-Jets-centric talking points.

Go take Gnats Job Bill, I'd love to see you fall on your face. And take McD with you. Bill's probably having a tantrum. Robert wont let him ditch Brady despite his best efforts to neuter the offense and run TB out of town.

Antonio Brown and Jimmy G trade.

The JimmyG trade brought us another Super Bowl victory, so... what would BB complain about that?

And really, it should have brought us 2 more SB victories if not for a curious BB decision (Malcolm Butler).
