It's easy, and only takes a few moments.14 years later and I still can't believe how much Bob Sanders added to that defense in the playoffs.Sometimes too, the difference in personnel is ONE guy. Remember the 06 Colts? They had an embarrassing run defense that year. Dead last in the league I think? They get Bob Sanders back, and suddenly no one can run on them in the playoffs at all. There's no one like that coming back for the Pats this year, but there are several guys who could be difference makers if they get healthy (Sanu, Cannon), keep progressing back from injury (Wynn, Lacosse), or turn a corner mentally (Meyers).
You could count Harry there too, but he may have just too big a hole to dig out of after missing half the year. Point is, it doesn't take much in this league to go from good to bad or bad to good.

The Pats will win.
They are due.
Perhaps Tom should have watched it with his (paraphrasing) "I've got a great immune system" comment during last week's plague.
Right? What an infuriating thing to watch that was.
Dallas was a winning team. So was Philly when we played them.We are 2-2 against winning teams...and we have not beaten a winning team since week 4......
Every body missing for them helps us a little bit, but it seems like that offense doesn't change much running back to running back. After Hunt it was Williams. Now it's the other Williams and McCoy. Mahomes, Kelce, and the speed at WR stirs the drink, the RB's are just the ice cubes.
Talking heads on NBC sports were saying KC offense "taken a step back" and not "as fast" as year. Hope it's the case as it seems speed has given Pats real issues, esp out of backfield. Also apparently Watkins has sucked for quite some time this season. Really need this one Sunday; don't want the division/bye coming down to that Buffalo game...
