That’s nothing new from what has been said. She has to prove she got raped forcibly. Brown has a video of both of them in bed. If it’s after her alleged rape she’s screwed .
is there another kind of rape besides forcibly? I've seen this few times now.

Isn't it illegal to videotape someone without their consent though?

And her defense to being with him in bed after the alleged rape could be that she was so afraid of him that she felt pressured to keep him happy in order to avoid physical abuse (Or even worse death). That might be her defense. Just guessing lol.

Lol. That’s laughable she knew he was recording. Also the other videos they’re together. She’s on his lap.

No but apparently she could have gone to the hospital or called authorities after it happened. She said their relationship was professional like brother and sister. I guess they where watching cartoons when that video in bed showed up.

McCann points out that while the statute of limitations will prevent any actual prosecution, any findings/data the Alleghany DA has from what stuff he's already looked into or feels like looking into could be used by the NFL.
The applicable statute of limitations and general difficulty of investigating past incidents make it very unlikely, if not impossible, that Antonio Brown could be charged in PA related to Britney Taylor's claims. But a summary of any findings could become public and used by NFL.

Some Dan guy is reporting it's only a matter of time before he's put on the exempt list. It was mentioned on Felger and Mazz just now. But I didn't get this Dan dude's last name. If anyone has a source that would be great.

And thank you for clarifying she knew hat they were being taped. If in fact these videos occured after the alleged rape, well...it's a bad look on her .

Jurisdictions vary on the issue of a force requirement

Repeat after me. “Innocent until proven guilty”. Now I have no problems with a guy like Brown wearing Pats uniform. Perhaps you are able to compartmentalise as well.

Dead piranhas. Unpaid bills to contractors. Throwing furniture from a window onto a busy street. Injuries to the arm of a woman.

All of these have been reported and apparently occurred prior to him joining the Patriots.

Unless you think every single person claiming these things is lying, I think it's beyond clear that Brown has conducted himself in unethical ways on numerous occasions.

And none of this deals with the sexual advances/sexual assault claims. You don't even need the latter to determine Brown isn't an easy guy to root for.

Also if the DA office investigates allegations, does that constitute a "Criminal charge"? Or do they have to look at all of the reports and verify it's a case worth pursuing before criminal charges can be filed?

You wouldn’t want the guy for anyone who has a daughter. True that. I think he was wrong in degrading this woman. Frankly they had some type of relationship and it turned sour and this woman lied about it. Idk why she lied about it but they can use that against her. He stopped making payments on her gym. Everything went south.

See the thing these random reporters, who are mostly idiots, don't get is, it aint gonna happen unless something new with regards to this case comes out. Not paying a chef doesn't mean he can't play. Threatening some guy for whatever reason isn't going to make him not play. Walking around his house with a washcloth over his junk isn't going to make him not play.

The exempt list is set up for a Hernandez like situation. The player is accused of something awful, by the police, and it gives the league a means of getting him out of there until they can determine what is up. Before justice is served. It isn't set up to punish players. As far as I can tell, the league isn't going to put him on the exempt list to do some deep investigation of a civil matter. They do their do diligence and move on. Unless something new pops up which is germane to the case.

That and $1 will get you a cup of coffee at mcdonalds.

Texts won’t help her unless he incriminates himself where he alledges he did it. She will need more than that. The guy said a lot of crap about her including demeaning her but again the relationship had turned sour.

I think it is pretty clear Brown is a piece of ****, but that doesn't really matter as there are PLENTY of pieces of **** in the NFL. What matters is if he did something illegal.

If players were suspend for being bad people, dozens of players would be suspended.

Investigating a case is different than criminal charges. If they find evidence a crime was committed the state can then file charges.

I wonder if the fact she didn't report it immediately matters or not.
