Please don't confuse investigative reporting with this article. You don't publish an article with no corroboration if your an investigative reporter. You do it if your a hack. You need witnesses not someone complaining because they didn't get paid. And you never write and accusation that can never be proven!

She seemed more upset that he didn’t show off her work on social media than she was about him only having a hand towel covering himself.

Just like most the stories, she wants what is owed her. Like the dead fish guy and the chef you only hear one side, and it's all the money.

It's a pattern of poor decision making with this guy. The fact he covered himself with a cloth with his rear end exposed does not comfort me one bit.
I doubt he has any concern with your comfort.
As I said, he is a turd. But the allegation is not illegal.
You are acting as if it surprises you.

I didn’t know the reporter shared his sources and research with you. Some people on this forum are so blinded by fandom that they can’t be unbiased. If you read through my posts, you can see that while I’m taking no position and a wait and see approach, I’m willing to look at the reporting and the numerous incidents with Brown and accept that it’s at the least not a good look.

Right on. There are now about 12 to 15 detailed and specific allegations against AB for various reasons. Obviously they are all completely fabricated because these people are a bunch of gold diggers. They are probably just doing it because they are fans of other NFL teams and hate the Patriots. All of the eye witnesses saying they saw him throwing furniture off his balcony are probably Steelers fans trying to get back at us.

I must not have read the article and the corroborations in it. You on the other hand are obviously much smarter and can read right between the lines and see the other witnesses. I could care less how you are viewing this saga nor do I care to read your other posts, but since you find me a fanboy then you have already closed your mind and do indeed already have an opinion. Otherwise you wouldn't go out of your way to comment on opinions that your 'open minded' about

Because I looked at your previous posts and it’s clear you are a fanboy that thinks everything is just a smear job aimed at Brown. Doesn’t matter how many allegations pile up. That’s not reasonable.

The funny thing is, if Brown was still on the Steelers, I’m sure your opinion would be completely different. Mine would be the same.

See, you are wrong again Karnak. I would rather have Thomas back. I think Brown is an arrogant ahole. But that doesn't mean I fail to see the obvious. You on the other hand see the obvious and ignore it because your mind is closed.

Yes my “wait and see” approach as I’ve laid out in multiple posts (including those you’ve responded to) is indicative of a “closed mind.” Your view that this is definitely a smear job without waiting for the actual details and to see how it plays out is way more open-minded.

We are officially in fantasy land.

Its examples like this of why I didn't want the Pats to sign AB. You know he's not a great guy and now he's on our team where it just sours things having to root for a guy and have these kinds of stories coming out when we're trying to enjoy a football season

Although if he helps us win a SB I'm sure I'll get over it

Whether he did it or not aside....

You have to say though, it is pretty interesting that all this stuff spans years with the steelers, yet somehow not a single peep was said while he was on the Steelers. No stories about his non-payments.

now that hes on the Pats, reporters are digging everywhere. I mean the article shows hes a POS, but not necessarily a rapist. The NFL would be a pretty barren place if they cut all the POS out.

I just find it interesting that the media had no desire to put these stories out while he was on the steelers.

Being a lawyer, lawyers will file a lawsuit to do maximum damage. Brown clearly was having some issues and filing the lawsuit when they did might make Brown come to the negotiating table quicker.

After such a high profile lawsuit is filed, it’s pretty reasonable to expect reporters to start to dig. I think it would be the same regardless of who Brown signed with.

No silly, we just have a massive persecution complex, get with it already.

Except for this one:

Photos of Woman's Arm Show Scrape After Alleged Shove from Antonio Brown

and this one:

Steelers' WR Antonio Brown Sued, Accused Of Nearly Hitting Toddler With Furniture Thrown From Balcony

and plenty of commentary of him live streaming Tomlin's locker room speech (which this board rightly eviscerated him for)

That’s one crafty toddler, probably just out for a pay day.

If my toddler were injured or killed by a Steelers WR throwing furniture out his window, I would be in the news for what I did to him for payback.

This has little (if anything) to do with the media.

The civil suit was filed in court. That has nothing to do with the media, that's a matter between Brown and Taylor. The media simply reported that the suit was filed.

Less sure about the timing of the SI article but the claims in there (such as the piranha tank) were reported on prior to AB joining the Pats, if I remember correctly. It just adds additional detail and claims of his shady behavior in the aftermath of the recent suit.

So if the SI article was spawned/expedited as a result of the initial suit, then again, it's that suit which originally spawned all of this, and media had zero role in that suit being brought forth.

It’s sad that some people are willing to shift their moral compass because of a sports team they root for. You are not on the team, employed by the team, nor do they care about you in the same way you care about the team.

The team, and it’s players and coaches should be held to the same standard everyone else is held to.

That’s not to say we should convict someone in the court of public opinion without seeking additional evidence and proof. However, to dismiss all the incidents as smear jobs and money grabs just because you root for the team the player is on is really giving the team and player a pass.

This list is far from complete by the way.

If AB isn't suspended and goes through a full season without any team-hostile event similar to these emerging, then Belichick gets coach of the year hands-down.
