Brown isn’t married, but I agree with your general point. Monogamy, commitment to family, etc. aren’t merely random religious constructs...they are evolutionary societal norms that exist for a reason.
I don’t know why someone sleeping around would make them a bad person if this is what we’re getting at.

I know this sounds old fashioned but sex outside marriage was not always socially acceptable and never morally acceptable for many good reasons. When you choose to sleep around and many of us have, there are consequences. By following a moral code, you can usually avoid these kinds of things.

There are countless long-term couples who cohabitate and are extremely happy together, but choose to not get formally/traditionally married. Likewise, there are countless married couples who sleep in separate rooms and have a toxic marriage.

A traditional/formal marriage does not guarantee morally fulfilling sex, in the same way that a lack of marriage does not guarantee unfilling, immoral sex.

Some married couples are miserable, some unmarried couples have a fulfilling and happy relationship. That does not mean all unmarried couples are happy and all married couples are miserable. FFS.

Bills fan I know just sent me this

But I guess the Patriot fan base isn't satisfied with 9 SB trips and 6 SB wins in the past 20 years, you ****s need more and more and don't give a damn at what cost.
My answer would be:

Yep. Enjoy 6-10, and yet another 1st round bust QB.

Not a bad person...just more at-risk for these things to happen. Being a celebrity athlete especially. Not judging...I actually respect that AB doesn’t pretend to be what he’s not with some sham marriage where he’s unfaithful, like many other athletes.

Why? I just heard Bertram go off on this as well. I don't have a daughter, but if I did I would think it would be reasonable that I would not take on a client that I believe committed rape.

Not being facetious, it seems like a plausible take to me.
Having a daughter doesn't preclude you from saying or doing anything.

Well, there you go. I hate to put any rape allegations in this light, but this is quickly becoming a C'mon man episode. "Hey I know you raped me and all, how would you like to invest in my business?"

If it’s true that he had to find out second hand that she owed back taxes and there was a lien on her property while he was investing $1.6 million into her business, sounds an awful lot like she was conning him. Now she’s back a year later making these accusations and demanding money without filing criminal charges. C’mon man.

What are the morons on Chiefs planet saying???

My guess is things that aren’t very intelligent.

Meanwhile, Gilmore’s availability is about 5X more important to the team than Brown. Healthy secondary is the the X-factor, not Antonio Brown.

Being a celebrity athlete pretty much puts a target on your back for anything that could go wrong, to go wrong. Considering the multitude of celebrity athletes who regularly have sex outside of marriage without issue, I can't go along with your observation that it creates issues.

Now the TYPE of people some celebrity athletes sleep with is another story altogether...

Marriage is a legal construct, it's just a label and means nothing about the quality of the relationship.

Not a very nuanced or accurate take.

While it does not define the quality of the underlying relationship, reducing the institution of marriage to being 'just a label' for the sake of making a point is truly 'not a very nuanced or accurate take' in fact it is a damn poor one.

I really don't see how any of this is disagreeable. It's simply factual.

There is a diffrence between casual/recreational sex and long term cohabituatuon or commitment which is basically marriage. My point is today's sexual free for all is asking for trouble like this.

Having a daughter doesn't preclude you from saying or doing anything.

That's kind of a weak take. Nothing precludes you from doing or saying anything outside of your own resources and abilities.

But you can chose to preclude a particular action based on any criteria you chose.

But if Gordon has another incident, were left with Edelman and has ben watson

7th ring FU your incoming

When a player claims he is innocent, the team will back him. Brady and other leaders in the locker room will offer their support, and Belichick will keep the toxic media the fck away from them. Bill and Tom doing their jobs. This would already be a fractured locker room circus with plenty of other teams.
