The Boston Globe reported yesterday that Brady was expected to play against the Titans. Now various reports come out that he won’t play.

Let me remind you this is the same guy who is now too good for OTAs. Two years in a row he has traveled the world while his teammates have sweated out grueling minicamps. Gee, do you think it might be important, Tom, for you to develop chemistry with your new receivers.

I guess he’s busy giving personal tours of his mansion since he clearly wants out of New England. A two-year massive extension isn’t enough for him merely because of a language technicality.

I appreciate what Brady has done for the organization, but the writing is in the wall, and Stidham is the future. He has a cannon for an arm and runs a better 40. I’d think a guy who didn’t throw a single TD pass in the Patriots final game last year would be a little more fired up, but I guess I thought wrong.

Cut this prima donna ass

Probably pissed about his contract.

While I understand (hope) you are writing in jest, Brady doesn't need to play tonight. Next week, I think he needs to play at least a little. He himself said that in 2008 he should have played in the preseason to get acclimated to the pass rush before the season opener. A handful of snaps is all he needs.

He needs to work on his sideline body language anyways.

Satire or just bored?

A couple of days ago he was asked if he was going to play and he said that was a coaches decision and he do whatever that was

It's funny... I'm listening to Sirius radio and pay kirwin... He's talking about a 17 game season. How the average player plays 3-4 seasons and they would appreciate the added money. Meanwhile Brady has played nearly 2 seasons of extra games

Were you making up those various reports or are they real?

Reports of him playing and then not playing are real...just Google Tom Brady.

So what are the chances BB has Stidham start against the Titans 1st string?

I would have disagreed with you about all of this, until you mentioned Stidham's 40, and that's where your argument really has a lot of merit, IMO.

Is this for real?

I heard he got into a fight with Stephen Belichick, so that's why he's not playing.

Honestly , im 100% with you Ice. Brady is clearly demotivated and his numbers in TC are way too low.

Stidham should be given the sarting role so he can grow

Did he push him? Will Brady be crying during the anthem? Are his teammates aware? Now we’re certainly doomed against the mighty Titans. F**k this preseason!
