Little OT: Why does Ben Coates never get any HOF consideration?

Amazing how Coates is the third best TE in NE history...he’s better than most team’s number 1.

The Patriots have a few players who were not on great teams who deserve recognition.

Stanley Morgan absolutely deserves to be in. Hi stats are phenomenal.

There are others who have been passed over.

It probably has to do with the lack of winning/accomplishment.

I do, it was BS. McGinest and Milloy were accused by a woman of assaulting her outside the Roxy. She had no witnesses and didn't call the cops but filed suit against them. A clerk magistrate decided her story didn't pass the sniff test.

And yet, when we played our first SB, the player you call our #2 was playing for SF. In that SB, tight end was a major weakness.
