I mean more release ball velocity not so much knowing the playbook or situations just his raw throwing I should of elaborated.
I would assume he's not throwing Manning ducks out there.

Obviously these are TINY sample sizes, but a thought exercise for those who know more about punting than I do: Would the Patriots be more likely to appreciate Allen's consistency in hang time (allowing them to gauge better how fast their gunners need to be), or is the raw power that Bailey is showing more valuable?
