Scar expected back as OL coach next year

Good news on Scar. Wife gets him out of her hair for another year.

I don't remember them rubbing his leg. He was ok in the locker room. Cramp?
Ron Meyer, who brought Scar here, "directed a convicted burglar on work release named Mark Henderson to divert his plow from clearing off the yard lines in the midst of a blizzard and sweep out a dry place for John Smith to kick the winning field goal. He did and got a game ball for his efforts."

You'd never see anybody print that Meyer "directed Jesus of Nazareth to divert his plow from clearing off the yard lines in the midst of a blizzard and sweep out a dry place for John Smith to kick the winning field goal."

Instead, that would probably read Meyer "directed a member of the maintenance crew to reluctantly divert his plow from clearing off the yard lines in the midst of a blizzard and sweep out a dry place for John Smith to kick the winning field goal."

And if it happened in Dallas, on Thanksgiving? Coach Tom Landry "in an unprecedented move of sheer genius and brilliant strategy, directed the Texas Stadium grounds crew to divert their plow from clearing off the yard lines in the midst of a blizzard and sweep out a dry place for Rafael Septién to kick the winning field goal. The action was completely legal, and is among the most revered plays in the history of football."

I think Scar goes in wearing his flying Elvis shirt.
A company man.

You think Tom or Squirrel are actually sending a message by wearing the throwback hat?

If anybody thinks Kraft or Son will ever hear that message, it's lunch time for you.

Would you like a Pepsi with your

One question, is Scar training a young coaching assistant to replace him when he does finally retire?

Agree.

Same way Tom will be far ahead of anyone else in consideration, when the time comes.

Actually I think they should hold off a year or 2 on Tom. He's going to be a first ballot HOFer so I think it would be nice to spread the 2 ceremonies apart a little.

I'd be more concerned about getting a few of the older guys in who may not be around much longer than getting Tom in on his first year of eligibility.

Will they put you on the selection committee?

Probably not; you sound like a real fan, and you're way too intelligent.
