Go Sey and Ty!

I know Coryell doesn't have the W/L but his contribution to the game is immeasureable

TGon, Reed, Bailey, Boseli seem in on 1st ballot

That's great for Seymour and Law. Definitely well deserved.

With regard to Boselli, I guess I'm hung up on longevity. I don't think 6 seasons (3 full seasons and 3 playing between 12 and 15 games) is a long enough career, even if you played great during that entire time. I'm not saying Jackie Slater or Clay Matthews Sr. should be the measuring sticks, but what if a player had a great 5 year career? Or played for 10 years but was outstanding for only 4 years?

Tom Flores and Don Coryell are not in the HoF...but Tony Dungy is.
smfh
Complete and total ********.

Flores is a Hispanic American in case the PC writers were curious

It's the Terrell Davis, Gayle Sayers, Sandy Kofax conundrum...

It really comes down to how great to think Boselli was.

IMO he was incredible. He's right there with Munoz as one of the most dominant LTs to ever play.

But Coryell couldn't call a single EP play. OUT.

What are the chances they get in?

Tough vote. I think they'll both eventually get it, but it might not be this year.
Gonna be hard to get in this year with Reed, Gonzo and Bailey likely being locks. Only leaves two other spots.

2020 looks more promising. Really no first ballot locks (Polomalu and Wayne will wait, maybe Pat Willis? But think he waits too due to short career)

Boselli is loooong past his first ballot.

I think it’s gonna be between ty and lynch on this ballot. González Bailey and reed are shoe ins.

Wouldn't it be great to see Brady in his prime going toe to toe against:

Champ Bailey, Ty Law, Steve Atwater and John Lynch - I'll throw Ed Reed in there for a nickel.

Brady has Randy Moss, Julian Edelman, Troy Brown, Wes Welker, Deion Branch.

Ty Law is my favorite patriot of all time and he needs to get in. He was also Peyton Manning's kryptonite.

Seymour may not have splashy stats but he did little things that mattered such as batted passes and he still managed to get a decent amount of sacks while playing 3-4 de

Lastly, how is Edgerrin James a finalist? When playing against Peyton, I have never thought about how are we going to stop James. Not Once.

Strong candidate list.

I think one of them gets in this time and the other next year. If both Lynch and Dawkins go in before Ty it's BS. It's also total BS that they're both going in uncontested while Rodney doesn't get a sniff. First player ever with 30 interceptions and 30 sacks but because he wasn't popular he doesn't get any consideration.

It's been pretty obvious for a while that HoF voters are corrupted.
