They've done that a lot. Partly don't trust kicker (who missed XP earlier in this game) partly I think it's the guys like doing it, it's fun, and they've been successful on most attempts. Getting lots of defensive guys in on 2pt plays in several games.

I play his advocate:
To his credit, he plays in the toughest division...literally the black and blue division. The fact he usually in the playoff hunt (15 seasons and 7 playoffs) when the Steelers and Ravens are perennial contenders says something. Even if they fire him, who is going to do better?
Same with Harbaugh and Tomlin. Both coaches are full of faults but they have winning records.
The Browns have a revolving door of coaches and still haven't found one.
