Game Day Thread Official Game Day Thread Week 17 - Jets @ Pats

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

I've come around to almost enjoying Fouts in a weird way. He says at least one thing per drive so stupid that you get to ridicule him for it, and his openly rooting against the Pats is a little less obnoxious when he just ends up being wrong over and over again

I just want to get this in before the "Cliff! Brady's done!" crew get to crying in the post game:

First Second drive stalled ended because James White dropped a catchable pass the Patriots scored a touchdown, not because of a Brady failure.
It was a bad pass

Is it just me or were we good at stopping the run in 2016?

Teams get to the Edge so easy on this D.

Ugh.. DT's getting pushed off their spots continues to be a big problem. That's going to be high priority in the upcoming draft, or FA.

Hogan and Dorsett involved - and not just on deep plays - but as part of chain-moving offense. A good sign.

That's the Pats D we know and love

OMG, how did they allow that huge run ?

Shelton got pushed around on that one

Darnild won’t be able to do that in a few more years. Typical rookie qb panic run

Van Noy out of position on that long run..

Shelton can't push no one and he doesn't even try to disengage...

It seemed that the Center did a minimal effort to completely throw him off to the other side... guy is TRASH

Hilariously awful defense.

Overpursuing, losing contain. This D has hit the snooze button.

Clueless Jets O.

LOL D

We are going to make Darnold look like the second coming of Josh Allen

What does it say when a rookie qb with nothing left to play for for the year doesnt even bother to take a dive?

Tells me he doesnt fear the players hes facing
