Because you are arguing about issues that don't exist. Nobody was saying he will be a bad QB or a bust. But that he will either need 1-2 years of development to be a NFL level passer or -- if you want immediate returns -- the team needs a rebuild of the offense around his current strengths. Unless you seriously think he can run a EP offense RIGHT NOW which this entire conversation before you decided to join in was about.

Even when Edelman was suspended and Gordon wasn't here yet he wasn't producing. He's conclusively shown he's not an adequate WR2, at this point it's questionable if he's an adequate WR3
We won't be able to afford to keep Brady and bring in one of these guys.
