Manny's Back in the Lineup

Manny came back today to start a two game series with oakland, and before our final 4 game series vs. the Twins. His first at bat was a single!!!

And don't forget Drew. I know hes everyones favorite whipping boy, buts hes put up a .323BA and .994OPS this month with an RBI in 5 straight games.

I've been hard on Drew since the AS break, but if he continues to perform like he has recently, literally all his struggles during the year will be forgotten by the fanbase.

Likewise for Lugo, since he broke out of that awful hitless streak, he's been very good. In fact, he's about .290 since the AS break.

And with Manny coming back & Lowell continuing to play as he has, we might really see the incredibly fearsome lineup that Theo envisioned when he signed these guys this offseason. And we were already one of the best offenses in baseball...
