2015, amazing job by Belichick (and Brady & Gronk). Maybe the 2nd best coaching job by Belichick besides 2008. The amount of key injuries 2015 was insane. By the playoffs, BOTH starting running backs (Blount & Lewis) out, the O-line only had 2 guys left from the 2014 season, LB mayo on the IR, tons of young guys on the IR. Just amazing job by Belichick to even MAKE the playoffs, let alone get to the AFCCG.

Here are the Brady seasons records in descending order:

just one season of 16 where the Pats didn't break double digit wins...WTH.....and that was his second.....

For some strange reason I like the end of the season numbers like 16-0 with a 3-0 in the post season.

I am not sure what is wrong with me because those numbers stick in my head every year.

Go Pats

Seems like after the Dion Lewis injury against the Redskins, all the momentum went away.

We still should have easily clinched home field, if not for Chris Harper.

We lost HFA when we decided not showing up @ Miami on the last week.

Still we had a chance at Denver, but Collins allowed 2 TD from the shadow of Peyton and Gost missed an XP. Should also mention that Broncos D was elite then. But at home it would be much easier for us.

That 2015 team was one of the best teams I’ve seen. Injuries destroyed that team. That team was just solid all over
The defense actually had a strong pass rush that year.

We have not been able to say that very often.

Yes, because at home Stork wouldn’t have been bobbing his head. That still pisses me off so much - that he was doing it at all and that the OL coaching staff (or hell, anyone on the coaching staff) didn’t notice it and get him to stop or at least make it less obvious.

Just saw this photo on twitter...

Compare and contrast:

1974: 6-3
1975: 3-6
1976: 6-3
1977: 5-4
1978: 7-2
1979: 6-3
1980: 7-2
1981: 2-7
1982: 5-4
1983: 4-5
1984: 6-3
1985: 6-3
1986: 6-3
1987: 4-5
1988: 4-5
1989: 4-5

They were 10-0 before finishing 2-4 due to those injuries then won 1 playoff game and lost to a noodle armed an who couldn’t throw the ball 15 yards. So he didn’t really overcome the injuries he succumbed to them.
BBs WORST coaching job imo by quite a bit.
The loss at home to Philly was one of the worst of his tenure. He chose to kickoff in ot vs the jets with tfb at QB. The Miami gameplan was the worst in memory. Any of those wins would have had the noodle arm qb throwing at Gillette in the afccg.
I can’t even think of a 2 month period of bbs career that was close to as worse a job

Let’s not start this again.
Stork was instructed to Bob his head because it was the silent snap trigger.
How do you expect to run a silent snap
Count without a trigger?

I bet it surprises you to learn that since bb arrived the patriots are 9th in the league in sacks.
Since 2009 they are 9th
Since 2013 they are 8th.
