Week 4 NFL Games

How did the Cardinals pay more for Bradford than Keenum lmao? They about the same but, at least Keenum plays more than six games a season.

I knew their offense would take a step back but it’s crazy how pedestrian the cards offense looks since Arians left.

Key stat of the game so far? Patrick Mahomes has been held to 65 passing yards. It's hard to win if you can't move the ball in the air.

Denver has played great pass defense tonight and has been helped by a few timely drops and penalties in their favor.

Honestly KC is lucky to be this close. That big punt return and big run has kept them from behing behind more.

White and Michel should have good games against the Chiefs. I am actually looking forward to that match up a lot !

As long as we have Edelman/Gronk and co all healthy our offense will do very well vs their team.

The defense is the concern. I'm not sure how we match up. Mahomes is a guy you need to respect on the run but you need to respect his arm more. If he runs for 10 yards on an occasion you just have to deal with it. You can't let him sit in the pocket for 6 seconds with those weapons.

How do the Pats deal with Hill? They need to give up the underneath. Nothing else they can do about it. Play back and make him run good short route after good short route.

Kelce? Chung needs to have a great game and probably some help over the top. Hit him every play at the line. He is quick for his size but he can't avoid the chips. Every play.

Hunt? You can't let him get to the outside. We saw what happens if you do. You need to have great contain by your LBs... and tackle him when you get him. Easier said than done. Except you will give it a bit in the middle. If you crowd it too much and he bounces to the outside none of our LBs can catch him and he is off for a 30 yard gain.

You also need to get pressure with 4. We can't blitz. Too dangerous. A blitz that is picked up is probably a 50 yard play or TD against this team.

Kelce is the best TE in football? I swear if the Pats were in NY or Dallas etc instead of NE, those words would never be uttered.

Andy Reid:

- Gashing the other team with the run, throw on every down: Check

- Call a terrible timeout on your first drive in the 3rd quarter because the play clock ran down: Check.

- Get bailed out by athletic QB despite your terrible playcalling: Check

Did Witten say that or agree to who said that?

I wouldn’t mind booting Witten off and just having more Booger. Booger does a good job sorta replacing Gruden with the silly **** he says.

Vance Joseph should be fired for not challenging that play.

Agreed. The Chiefs have run the Pats out of the building 2x in recent memory with almost exactly what they’re doing well now. Bad matchup, but at least we’ll be getting them a little later in the year where they tend to start struggling while NE starts rolling.

And not judging solely on yesterday but the Bears game is now a bigger challenge too than it was in pre-season (aka pre-Khalil Mack) with that D getting to QBs rushing 3/4 and Trubisky - even if his throwing may remain a question mark overall - the dude can run, he’s got some WRs that can run and get open, they’ve got Cohen to account for out of the backfield (can’t cover with LB), and they’ve obviously never played him before. Usually not a good combo of variables for NE. Hicks and Goldman will be a nightmare for Andrews and NE interior OL.

Mahomes is on point with everything, fun to watch

the DB is not down I don't think. Incomplete pass.

Interception of the year

Pats have some tough match ups coming up, back to back against Chiefs and Bears . Bears were really impressive yesterday

Both feet were down. Int.
I hate ints like this receiver got to be strong there. Who was that? He reminds me of Dobson. Just weak.
