The Josh Gordon Thread: Pats Officially Acquire Gordon for Fifth-Round Pick

I completely agree Hue needs to go. That team is no longer going to be the joke of the NFL though.
They will target a offensive guy like Deflippo.
Josh isn't going anywhere but that is his home so who knows.

The guy forced his way out of Cleveland. Browns got sick of him. Relationship was toxic. I think the guy needs a good coach to straighten him out. Hue Jackson is a joke. Mr clappy in dallas would also be a bad fit with that inaccurate QB.

Gordon forced his way out of the NFL.

If you're going to claim that my writing sucks, you should proofread before sending me a post riddled with clumsy wording that makes it nearly unintelligible.

Now quote the exact part of my post where I "compared" Gordon's off the field issues to Moss.

I merely mentioned that they both possessed "off the field issues".
And that's where you fail. Comparing Moss's off the field issues, with a guy who's about to be exiled is ridiculous. They're not comparable.

It's Golden Tate.

I think Zolak was talking about Amari Cooper, I doubt we were talking to Gruden about Mack. This is guestimate on my part.

[ I also think Cooper's woes have left this discussion still open. They would want Malcolm Brown - I am guessing at that as well. ]

Belichick doesn't give a flying f about Gordon's screw ups in Cleveland because they happened in Cleveland. It's when the screw ups start happening in New England that he cares about.

Alan Branch got busted for a DUI, released by the Bills and Bill signed him weeks later, Pats won a SB that year and Bill re-signed him to a 2 year deal.

Corey Coleman complained his way out of Cleveland (it was even documented on film) and Belichick signed him weeks later

Duron Harmon got busted trying to bring weed into another country, granted the league didn't punish him nor did he get in legal trouble but that's something that could easily get you cut

I use these examples because they are similair circumstances to Gordon.
So then what do they have against Dez?

No sh*t. You're either trolling, or incredibly stupid.

Lets see about that. While they have Landry losing a a guy like gordon will hurt them.
Nah, maybe they were afraid the toxicity of Gordon could rub off on their impressionable first round QB. I think it's the responsible thing to do.

Dorsey is no fool.

Somebody else is lined up. Gordons clown show is pulling stakes and leaving town. Hopefully he is not heading east with his carnival

Gordon does not love the game.

If he did, he would have been ready for training camp this year.

Your first sentence may, or may not, be true. However, your second sentence is faulty logic, and sets out a false premise.

I would learn to fly to get Malcolm for Amari myself

If you think it doesn’t hurt them you don’t know anything. They have a bunch of rookies. Callaway was invisible. That OL is a mess. Browns need to fire Hue and hope mayfield is the real deal. I expect him to start by week 6.

OK

Let me get this one straight. Gordon loves football so much that he did not have his crap together to be at training camp on time and everyday?

I think Darnold can handle the influence.

Regardless, he doesn't seem too concerned about a drug test or suspension...

Amari Cooper would be freaking awesome here! Bill has all the Intel from his old buddy Saban. I'm gonna pray tonight on this
