Here is my current big board. I got a bit of a late start this year so the overall number of prospects is fairly small. I focused on higher round pick guys and put them into tiers not worrying about their position (QBs may be in a lower tier but we all know they are a high value position and will go higher).

When it comes to players at the same position within tiers the player I put above another is who i think is better; otherwise I just listed them in tiers alphabetically by their position. I may still add a few more players before this is all done but I wanted to get out what I had. Also I didn't look at WR or IOL or STs this year. Ran out of time and I don't see them as big needs for this team.

Same but I couldn't put him higher cause he was playing against a bunch of JAGs really. I THINK he has the tools but I am honestly not good enough to tell with a large degree of confidence vs that competition.
