If he's already gone I hope the Dolphins gave him a nice fat contract. He deserves it. Never quite the Welker replacement in the regular season, but as clutch as it gets and a great playoff performer. Will be missed.

I appreciate everything he did here. Those numbers should be interesting to see. If the contract is an affordable one, this is a head scratcher. On the plus side, I've been watching video of Edelman's workouts and he looks good.

Purely on the field, it won't affect us that much. Edelman will come back guns blazing with 13 months to rehab. Cooks, Edelman & Hogan is one of the best WR trios in the league while we have Mitchell/Dorsett hopefully to provide depth.

Intangibles wise, I don't like this one bit.
