Lewis and the run offense struggled all game but came up big when it counted.
Ugly playcalling by McD ....offense struggled horribly for most of game....but came up big when it counted.....unreal is all I keep saying

Barfy?

Cant say I get like that.

My wife always asks why I'm not screaming constantly.

Gotta keep your cool, just like Tom

I was calm up until Cleteman made the bogus call on the replay of Lewis' run claiming it was a "fumble" when it was clear that Lewis had Control of the ball while on the ground before Jack pulled it from him..

Quick check of game log bortles was 4/13 in the 4th quarter
They finally turned off the leak that sprung in the middle of the field between the numbers and forced Bortles to try to make plays down the sidelines and to the outside. He wasn’t capable.

The Pats are going to kill me with all these 4th quarters thru the years and it's going to be so worth it.

Oh and Suck it Ramsey

He’d probably quite like to!

Cant say enough about that win but ill try...

Start with brady- youd think by now nothing can really suprise you or blow you away about him, but once again im in awe of what he did today. No gronk or edelman, jax held the ball what seemed forever, a big drop by cooks, funble by lewis, zero turnovers generated by the d, but he STILL got it done. It wasnt an omg explosion of passing by any means but he did literally all he could given what was there and led us to the W.

Cooks- today alone was worth the 1st rounder. We lose without him , period. We were very limited and he stepped up big. 100 yards and loads more in pass interference yards. Amendola also stepped up big as usual- this guy is also invaluable to us especially now without je.

Disappointed in lewis, the fumble obviously was huge, but he also really lacked any real playmaking ability which was sorely needed today. On the fumble play he also had blockers and even though it was a great tackle/strip i was hoping for alot more from that play if he did hold onto the ball. The first down at the end was nice ill give him that but we will need much more from him in the sb.

Midway through the 3rd i was just asking myself whens the last time we actually made a big play on punt return? Maybe edelman in last years sb right after halftime which gave us great field position to hopefully begin the comeback. The amendola return to setvup the last td was obviously HUGE though.

Defense did tightn up, 6 points allowed after midway through quarter 2, but i was hoping theyd have showed more aggressiveness from the start. As good as bortles was, we simply made it too easy for him outside of one or two really great throws. Gilmore, like cooks, proved to be a great addition today and again maybe someone we lose without. James Harrison while speaking of addituons came up huge , thanks Sh**sburgh! We will also need more from the d in the sb too, still no turnovers forced but they could do a much better job getting the ball back to tom.

Ryan allen was an underrated hero today as well as probably slater(couldnt reallly see the gunner was on alot of those kicks.) he made sure their field was long even in the short offensive drives, and some huge inside the 20s.

One more win and we’lll have 6 rings, i know its been said alot but really appreciate what you have. 8th straight years weve had a first round bye and sitting here in January looking forward to playoff games and thinking at the very least ‘hey we have a legit shot to win the whole thing’. Alot of fan bases dont get that more than once or twice a decade. Not to mention the 3 titles before that lol

Playoff Dola might be my 2nd favorite pats all time

Way harder game than I figured, credit to Jacksonville.
Jax very kocky team and that may have gotten best of them.....but I give a lot of credit....they deserved to win this game....very impressed

Ps....couldn’t say ****y....so pardon misspelling!

I will admit, that's when doubt started to creep in

Ya it's great reading the conspiracy theories.

Yet somehow they ignore that there was 1 penalty called on the Jags in the 2nd half which was the obvious PI Ramsey had on Cooks on a drive that led to a punt.

Let's also not mention how if the refs were in the bag they would have ruled Lewis as still having possession on that fumble.

I might complain about refs but I usually do it on calls that were borderline or obvious. Never will I genuinely act like refs out there fixing games.

I mean I don't think Blakeman fixed that Panthers game years ago when he picked up the flag, just think it was a horseshit decision. I blamed Ridley fumbling the ball in the red zone a lot more than them picking up a flag

People that complain about the NFL fixing the actual game itself on the field of play are total morons.

You called it dude.

Simply put, Jax cracked
I give him credit though, Bortles hung in there. Don't blame him one bit. Jags was good, but I don't think they are this close again.

I expected that for 4 quarters but B.B. outsmarted me and held it back until he neded it
