Normally I might agree, but three words: massive LA market

Now I KNOW that no one out there actually tunes in, but these are Madison Avenue dim bulbs we're talking about here.

edit: it often helps to read the rest of the thread...

Agreed, LA is a big market. Being here in Vegas and knowing a lot of people from LA. There's way more Raiders fans than Rams fans.

Regardless, how many Rams fans are there in this world outside of LA and maybe St. Louis?

Patriots? Not only are there a ton of Pats fans everywhere but there are a ton of Pats haters that will tune in to hopefully watch them lose.

Kansas City is the biggest threat because they're the best team of the 3. Think the loss of Eric Berry was huge for that defense and is a difference maker.
Now that Baltimore and the Chargers are out I see a much easier road for the Patriots and Steelers to meet again.
Im confident KC is coming here. X-rays were negative for Shady but he's hurting. KC will beat TN and JAX will beat BUF.

TE Delanie Walker & S Kevin Byard will KEY in a TEN upset.

The Pats will beat KC.

The team I would least want to face is Jacksonville. Very good D, especially against the pass. That combination always gives the Pats fits.

Bortles is not playoffs proven stranger things have happened.

KC got a breather going in Titans are worse Playoffs seed. I have more faith in Buffalo pulling a upset. Mariota have been a Huge disappointment this year he's been horrible against the Iron.

Chiefs are by far the best of the bunch. They ended the season on a roll and I think have shaken off their mid season struggles. Reid always plays us tight, it’d be a fun game for sure. Bills are well coached too but they were blown out by us twice but I’d still give them the edge of the Titans between the two of those choices.

Why are you ignoring the playoff game when the Pats went into the 4th quarter up 14 points?
That game was closer than people realize. A couple of questionable penalties go thw other way and the Chiefs are in it at the end.

Seems highly unlikely that the Bills beat JAX in JAX.

Between KCY and TEN, I think I'd prefer TEN. The Pats haven't played them in awhile, and TEN doesn't know the Pats very well. But it seems unlikely to me that the Titans beat the Chiefs in Arrowhead.

So, it seems almost inevitable that the Pats get a second shot hosting the Chiefs.

And, it sees to me that nearly all the issues the Pats had that made for that alarmingly lopsided wk-1 defeat have been fixed. Probably a fairly tough game/decent test, tat the Pats should win and cover, thereby making Vegas some money, especially if KC blows out the Titans in the WC round.

Pretty much sums it up.

Never easy in the postseason.

OTOH, the Pats have had a few (relative) laughers in the Divisional Round - DEN 2011, HOU 2012, Indy in 2013 & 2014.

The Steelers in last season's AFCCG.

Depends on Bortles playing like the real Bortles again. I actually think The Bills may beat the Jags which means we get them in 2 weeks.
The jags could play ryan Leaf and they’d win this game

Ive knocked Tennesee, a lot this year. They are big time pretenders. That being said I think they match up kind of well with KC. I think will win that game (they beat KC in KC last year FWIW) I think the Jags beat buffalo. SO i think we end up playing the Titans

Is that the most preferred matchup? tough to say... Beating a team 3 times is tough. We will see. To me choosing between buffalo and Tennessee is splitting hairs. Pats will be favored by double digits against either

Yes, the titans have actually gone into Arrowhead and won. I think that game might be closer than people think. Andy Reid has never proven himself to be a great playoff coach either.
