Id like to poach philly for Frank Reich but I believe he will be hired before Mcdaniels as a head coach.
I also like Detroits OC so if they clean house I'd kick the tires.
At DC I wouldn't mind a Rex Ryan and BB pairing Would be crazy in a good way.

Same thing was said of McDaniels, Patricia, o’ Brian etc..... O’ Shea has been groomed for years and we have no idea whether he’s up to it or not, but overall the success rate of those groomed assistants is really high.

In both McDaniels v1.0 and Patricia’s case (and BoB, I think) BB punted on calling them OC/DC in their first year while they did make the play calls for a year. So I think if either or both left we’d probably see the same type of situation...he’s always promoted from within so I don’t think you’d see some left-field hire from outside the current staff. That’s almost certainly gotta be O’Shea at OC and Flores at DC just in terms of time served, prior history of promotions, and that those 2 may have already moved if he didn’t consider them ready to be “next man up” when the vacancy inevitably occurs.

I’m not saying it would work necessarily, but I can’t think of any team/coach change that makes more sense than Jim Harbaugh coaching the Chicago Bears.

Yes, this is my view also. It’s just rumors similar to the Guerrero thing. Jim harbaugh has said it before on tv though. He was talking about the future and weather he would go back to the nfl and under what circumstances. He said he would not mind going to New England in some capacity and that it’s a thing he muses about. I’ll look for a story on google. It’s a moot point as it won’t happen

Could be. I just don’t see a guy who couldn’t get over 9-7 for 4 years won only 1 playoff game and has evolved his team to one that gets blown out weekly as a guy people can’t wait to hire.
Perhaps some owner will buy the excuses but the trend seems to be toward rookie coaches instead of recycling someone else’s firing.
