Question for the Competition Committee:
In a scenario such as Schuster's, why is there only one penalty?
After the hit and he knows he is being penalized, you are essentially giving him free reign for another infraction, with no repercussion (in this case the taunting).
I can understand the reason why only one penalty is enforced in most situations, such as an offside by one player and pass interference by another.
In my opinion two penalties such as this scenario should both be enforced.
