I agree. He's no Malcolm Butler, but we need him to get his **** together. This should still end up as one of the best secondaries in the league.

If the refs weren't so ridiculously one-sided, if the commentators weren't so ridiculously one-sided, and if our team didn't repeatedly give every reason to have no respect for them, I might stick around, but rooting for this franchise is HARD, and I'm done with it.

I like it once... and it worked. Doing it the second time and expecting it to work again was beyond stupid.

Well, the defense sure sucks.

Well sure the D sucks but how much do they suck is hard to gauge. Remember too that the Falcons are simply missing passes/plays all over the place. And their FG kicker gave us a free 3 points back (send him a thank you card if that 3 ends up mattering, he won it for us!).

I'm just finding it too difficult to pinpoint the precise level of suck: was it outright awful suck or did the Falcons simply miss so many easy plays that the defense is an epic suck when factoring in all the free gifts.

Fun aside, one half of good football means nothing if you lose the game. One half does not necessarily make a win. The Patriots need 30 more minutes of good D and their, so far, middling O to score 10 to 17 more.

You punt it inside the 10, you could get a turnover or make them drive the field and get the ball first second half.

Going for it seems like such a panic move.
