Vincent Valentine to IR

Hate to interrupt the inquisition by actually talking about the subject but, Woodrow Hamilton is available. He looked good in preseason.

Well that's a bummer. Valentine's good when healthy, but being this chronically injured is a real problem. Ron Brace was good when healthy too, but when you are this consistently injured it's hard to have an impactful career.

Jordan Richards sucks, as predicted.

GeeNo Grossem sucks, as predicted.

Vinnie Valentine was a waste of a 3rd-round pick, as predicted.

That is all………for now.

By the standards you're using, you must have been against picking Gronk in the 2nd round too.

These flyers oftentimes don't pan out, but sometimes they do and when they do it's worth it.

Also kinda weird that you're laser-focusing in on Grissom and ignoring the body of work here. Flowers came in the same draft: that's a 50% hit rate on turning mid-round picks into genuine starter-caliber DEs. Every team in the league would happily take that.

Everyone we ever drafted sucks. Why bother?

And yet the SBs keep rolling in... won by teams full of draft picks...

Maybe consistent winning isn't what some people want.

Most agree with you. I don't see it. IMHO, in the offseason and through today, we've had a very manageable number of injuries.

We've had a seemingly normal number of players out for a game or two. Hightower, Amendola and Gronkowski are hardly surprises.

IR
We've lost ONE starter. We've lost a couple of rookies (one to IR and one non football), others are contributing. We've also lost our #5 WR, a backup DT, a backup linebacker who some wanted cut, and a DB who almost everyone wanted cut.
=====
I suspect that other teams have lost more. What am I missing?

I don't care, I can't stand it!
