How many 4th round picks do we have?

So we're losing the one from the saints as of now due to it being forfeited.

I've read that means our original pick will be reinstated.

But I've seen in a few differnt places now that we have a pick in the 4th round pick that we acquired from Seattle.

Don't we recoup that? What am I missing.
