Judge Parker, I didn't agree with, but I understood his legal reasoning. Judge Chin, go f*ck yourself...to say the evidence was "compelling if not overwhelming" shakes my belief in our legal system. How can someone this gullible be a on an Appeals Court? There was no evidence. None. And this was after all of the letters piled in from scientists around the country explaining that the the balls could not have been deflated beyond laws of nature.
